Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are attached to maintain eligibility for a refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
